The Caledonia Challenge Group promotes self-improvement, personal development, and fun. The Group is open for membership to anyone.

The club has volunteer coaches who have been certified by either NCCP or CANSI. Coaches lead training sessions beginning in September with dryland and continuing through the winter with technique and interval supervision. The coaches also provide year round training programs. This year's coaching coordinators are Jeremy Campbell and Fiona Coy who are assisted by a number of qualified people.
