Biathlon

The Biathlon program has now joined with the Racers and Masters to form the Challenge Group
The name "Biathlon" derives from Greek, meaning two tests, and combines two skills with entirely different, if not opposing requirements. In this case cross country skiing and the accurate use of a rifle. Skiing requires great physical endurance and technique, whereas shooting requires skill and the ability to relax and concentrate. The challenge to the biathlete is the capability to meet both requirements well, switching rapidly from the Rabbit to the Stone.
Qualified instruction and supervision is provided
by Jeremy Campbell as Pete Saar observes.
